Faculty Lunches 2025

One of our favorite traditions is Faculty Lunches to help build relationships between students and faculty using data science in a variety of fields.

Every student in the Data Science or MCS major can pick 1 data-adjacent faculty member to have lunch with (for free!) at the Stanford Faculty Club on campus. All lunches will take place at the Stanford Faculty Club from 12-1:30pm.

• Ellen Vitercik (MS&E, Asst Prof): Thursday, May 8
• Guenther Walther (Statistics, fmr Director): Tuesday, May 13
• John Duchi (Statistics, Assoc Prof): Thursday, May 22
